Whether sweet or savory, Chef Terri Milligan will demonstrate a variety of amazing cold soups to add to your repertoire, including mango spacho, sweet corn and Yukon potato vichyssoise, avocado and green curry bisque and blueberry lavender soup with lemon sorbet.
